Robert Koltai is the founder and President of Hain Capital Group. For the past twenty years Mr. Koltai has been a leading trader, analyst and portfolio manager in distressed trade claims sector. Mr. Koltai pioneered the trading of rejected leasehold and contract claims in bankruptcy and has traded in excess of $3 billion worth of distressed securities. He has developed multiple buy and sell side trading operations for a variety of institutions including Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., and Quadrangle.

In 2002, Mr. Koltai founded Hain Capital to trade claims of bankrupt companies on behalf of institutional investors. Since 2004, Mr. Koltai has managed a family of distressed hedge funds that leverage his expertise and relationships amongst the bankruptcy bar and investor universe.

Mr. Koltai has contributed to law review articles on bankruptcy claims trading and has worked for the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Central District of California. . He is a frequent speaker and guest lecturer on the subject of trading illiquid securities in the distressed marketplace. Mr. Koltai holds a BA in History from the University of California, Berkeley and received his JD from the Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.

Jen Ganzi serves as Senior Distressed Analyst at Hain Capital. Ms. Ganzi joined Hain Capital in 2009. She received her BSE from Princeton in 2001 followed by a two-year analyst program at Citigroup in its Fixed Income Research department. Upon completion of that program, she attended Columbia Business School and obtained her MBA in 2005. Ms. Ganzi has worked as an Equity Analyst at Gabelli Asset Management, covering the gaming, lodging, and real estate sectors and as a Credit Analyst at Taberna Securities. She has also spent time working for a buyside event driven firm, Cedarview.

Brian Brager serves as Managing Director of Sales at Hain Capital. Mr. Brager has more than a dozen years selling financial service products. He manages the sales and trading operations for Hain Capital Group and has been instrumental in developing Hain's best of breed transaction processes. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Brager was an Account Executive at The Tax Credit Company.

Mr. Brager holds a BA in Anthropology, with an emphasis in Linguistics, from UCLA.

Suzanne Grunstein serves as Chief Financial Officer at Hain Capital. Ms. Grunstein joined Hain in March of 2010. Her responsibilities include all facets of account management, audit, tax and compliance. She started her career as a tax professional at Arthur Andersen. She subsequently worked in the tax consulting and compliance departments, of Ernst & Young and Deloitte & Touche, respectively. In 2006, Suzanne joined SMV Management Company, a private real estate group, as their Chief Financial Officer.

Ms. Grunstein received a BS in Accounting, with honors, in 1999 from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University in New York. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
